- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- ability to perform duties satisfactorily

- ability to establish goals and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system and handling cash and card transactions accurately
- upselling premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, IMAX
- promoting Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to guest inquiries courteously
- preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- complying with food safety laws
- abiding by laws related to breaks and meal periods
- maintaining current alcohol certification when applicable
- serving and selling alcohol per legal requirements
- performing ticket tearing and auditing
- managing crowd control and assisting guests to seats
- conducting theatre inspections for quality and safety
- reporting problems to management
- performing concession sales in auditoriums
- cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness of lobby and restrooms
- monitoring theatre vending equipment
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
