Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol according to state and local laws
- completion of legally required state or local training and obtain necessary certificates
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- regular and consistent attendance
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
- adherence to all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
Job Qualifications
- Completion or progress towards cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- legally able to serve alcohol with required training and certificates

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- work at concession stand including alcohol sales
- knowledge of all laws regarding serving alcohol
- knowledge of coupons and promotions
- promote Regal Crown Club Program
- enforce MPAA rating system
- provide exceptional guest service
- handle all monies and merchandise accurately
- operate and clean concession equipment
- use concession storerooms properly
- use cleaning materials according to MSDS
- follow concession opening, closing and in-between show procedures
- follow emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- use excellent sales techniques including up selling and suggestive selling
- follow counterfeit bill procedures
- comply with local, state and federal food safety laws
- comply with dress code
- ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
- ensure accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons
- operate popper correctly and follow emergency procedures
- abide by laws on breaks and meal periods
- complete cast certification program progress
- read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
