Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Completion of legally required state or local alcohol selling/serving training and certification where applicable
- Completion of Regal Entertainment Responsible Beverage Server training
- Possess good public speaking, listening, and clear response skills
- Perform calculations accurately and correct errors
- Ability to analyze problems, gather data, and make informed decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and opposition
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear frequently
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Compliance with smoke-free facility policy

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer and other payment methods
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest phone calls and questions
- Operating concession equipment and managing stock inventory
- Complying with food safety and alcohol certification requirements
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons
- Inspecting bags and managing crowd control
- Enforcement of MPAA rating system
- Conducting in-theatre inspections for picture and sound quality
- Reporting issues to management
- Performing auxiliary concession sales
- Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness of lobby and restrooms
- Monitoring operation of theatre vending equipment
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
