Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- if selling or serving alcohol, completion of required legal training and certification
- compliance with company dress code
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to perform assigned tasks under pressure
- good vision including close and distance vision
- regular and consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling cash drawer and credit cards accurately
- upsell Premium Viewing Experience options such as 3D and IMAX
- promote the Regal Crown Club program
- ensure tickets are sold in compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies
- respond to guest inquiries and phone calls
- perform general cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- handle emergency situations as directed
