Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion or progress toward completion of Regal cast certification program
- Legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws if applicable
- Ability to stand walk sit use hands finger handle feel reach with hands and arms talk or hear for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Compliance with company dress code and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Completion of legally required state or local training and obtaining alcohol server permit if applicable
- Possess good public speaking listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- Identify problems gather relevant data evaluate information and reach conclusions
- Possess excellent communication skills establish goals budget time and set priorities to achieve objectives
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling and accuracy of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling suggestive selling of premium viewing experience (3D RPX IMAX)
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner consistent with our guest service philosophy
- Operating and preparing concession equipment complying with food safety laws and inventory control
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons to auditoriums enforcing MPAA rating system and monitoring auditorium conditions
