Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if serving alcohol
- Current lawful age for selling or serving alcohol if applicable
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking reaching and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds
- Ability to understand and comply with all safety and legal regulations including food safety laws
- Consistent attendance and adherence to company policies including dress code
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and effective listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately and identify errors
- Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities
- Excellent communication skills with customers coworkers and management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Promoting Regal Crown Club program and up selling premium viewing experiences
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Maintaining cleanliness in auditoriums lobby restrooms and concession areas
- Assisting guests by answering questions managing crowd control and directing seating
- Conducting safety and quality inspections within the theater
- Reporting problems discrepancies or unusual situations to management
