Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age
- 1+ year of food running or bussing experience
- Servsafe or equivalent certificate
- alcohol training and certification
- good public speaking skills
- strong English language proficiency
- basic math skills
- problem-solving skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform under pressure
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- able to lift up to 60 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (if not currently a high school student)
- completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- must be 18 years of age
- 1+ year of food running or bussing
- Servsafe or equivalent certificate
- alcohol training and certification
- possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- full English is required, Spanish is a plus
- perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
- evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
- take action beyond what is necessarily called for
- perform under pressure and/or opposition
- possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- establish goals, budget time and set priorities to achieve desired objectives
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- demonstrate commitment, and integrity always - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
- guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinebarre offerings if guests would like to order more items
- clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
- navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
