Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years of age
  • 1+ year of food running or bussing experience
  • Servsafe or equivalent certificate
  • alcohol training and certification
  • good public speaking skills
  • strong English language proficiency
  • basic math skills
  • problem-solving skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to perform under pressure
  • physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • able to lift up to 60 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (if not currently a high school student)
  • completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
  • must be 18 years of age
  • 1+ year of food running or bussing
  • Servsafe or equivalent certificate
  • alcohol training and certification
  • possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
  • full English is required, Spanish is a plus
  • perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
  • identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
  • evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
  • take action beyond what is necessarily called for
  • perform under pressure and/or opposition
  • possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
  • establish goals, budget time and set priorities to achieve desired objectives

Job Duties

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
  • work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • demonstrate commitment, and integrity always - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
  • guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinebarre offerings if guests would like to order more items
  • clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
  • navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
