Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent if not currently a high school student
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- 1+ year of food running or bussing
- Servsafe or equivalent certificate
- Alcohol training and certification
- Full English proficiency
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear frequently
- Occasionally able to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally able to lift up to 60 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Full English is required, Spanish is a plus
- Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
- Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
- Take action beyond what is necessarily called for
- Perform under pressure and/or opposition
- Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- Establish goals, budget time and set priorities to achieve desired objectives
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate commitment and integrity always - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinebarre offerings if guests would like to order more items
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
