Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent if not currently a high school student
  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
  • 1+ year of food running or bussing
  • Servsafe or equivalent certificate
  • Alcohol training and certification
  • Full English proficiency
  • Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • Able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear frequently
  • Occasionally able to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 60 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent if not currently a high school student
  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
  • 1+ year of food running or bussing
  • Servsafe or equivalent certificate
  • Alcohol training and certification
  • Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
  • Full English is required, Spanish is a plus
  • Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
  • Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
  • Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
  • Take action beyond what is necessarily called for
  • Perform under pressure and/or opposition
  • Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
  • Establish goals, budget time and set priorities to achieve desired objectives

Job Duties

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
  • Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrate commitment and integrity always - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
  • Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinebarre offerings if guests would like to order more items
  • Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
  • Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
