Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress toward completion
- Ability to perform essential duties
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- Compliance with company attendance and dress code policies
- Possession of current alcohol certification if required for duties
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress toward completion
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Accurate mathematical skills for transactions
- Ability to identify and resolve problems independently
- Excellent communication with customers, coworkers, and management
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Willingness to complete required alcohol certification and training where applicable
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including cash drawer and credit card handling
- Upsell premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, IMAX
- Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating and company policy
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person
- Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment
- Comply with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
- Inspect auditoriums and monitor picture and sound quality
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in seating
- Tear tickets, collect stubs and ensure orderly admission
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the theater
- Report any unusual situations to management
- Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned
