Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- If selling or serving alcohol completion of legally required state or local training and obtaining certification
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms talk or hear
- Occasional requirement to climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl and lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to read and understand training materials such as sexual harassment and discrimination
- Compliance with company dress code
- Regular and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Good public speaking skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- Strong problem solving and reasoning skills to identify problems evaluate information and take appropriate action
- Excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
- Ability to establish goals budget time and set priorities
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including proper handling and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling and suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D RPX IMAX)
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner consistent with guest service philosophy
- Operating preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe theater environment including cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby and other areas outside of the auditorium
