Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to complete cast certification program
- Must be at least legal age to sell or serve alcohol if assigned such duties
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training as applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company dress code and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including cash and card transactions
- Upselling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries and phone calls
- Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- Inspecting auditoriums and assisting with crowd control
