Job Requirements
- Two plus years of related experience or training
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough ability to understand plans and specifications
- Thorough understanding of local codes
- Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
- Attention to detail to provide quality workmanship
- Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems
- Ability to access a situation, present solutions and make qualified recommendations
- Thorough understanding of manufactured housing build and setup
- Commitment to excellence
- Ability to work with integrity and ethically
- Must maintain a valid driver license and clean driving record
- Must maintain an active and working mobile device
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and email

Job Duties
- Provide time and material estimates to make the homes retail ready
- Complete repairs timely, within budget and ensuring a high quality of workmanship
- Access the scope of work and make recommendation which items can be completed by the Refurb Crew versus using sub-contractors
- Test all systems in the home and ensure proper operation before marking the home as retail ready
- Exhibit appearance and conduct in accordance with Cambio standards
- Follow up with warranty work as needed
- Manage difficult customer situations professionally
- Balance team and individual responsibilities to accomplish Cambio goals
- Give and receive feedback in a professional manner
- Generate creative solutions to overcome obstacles
- Treat people with respect, keep commitments, inspire trust in others
- Position may require flexible hours, nights, and weekends as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
