Job Duties

Collaborate with executive director and board to develop and implement annual fundraising strategy aligned with the refuge clinic's mission and goals
Build and nurture lasting relationships with donors and potential donors, tailoring engagement efforts
Design and execute a comprehensive plan to expand and sustain a strong base of individual, corporate, and foundation donors
Manage donor relations including newsletters, personalized phone calls, and face-to-face meetings
Plan and implement fundraising events to attract new donors and increase overall support
Support grant coordinator in researching and pursuing grant opportunities, and coordinating preparation, submission, and tracking of proposals
Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness among volunteers, donors, and the community
Evaluate and report on key metrics demonstrating outreach impact and assessing effectiveness of fundraising initiatives
