Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in operations and business management
- Minimum five years of experience in a complex warehouse environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based technology applications
- Ability to lead with clear communication, open dialogue, and collaboration
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations including Vending Refreshment services, Kiosks and Micro Markets including route efficiency, route scheduling, opening, and closing of branch
- Maintain safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all Route service employees work and return home safely
- Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis
- Ensure employees comply and follow federal, state, and local regulations required to perform their duties
- Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures
- Ensure implementation of all safety policies
- Assist Corporate Team as required to meet branch goals
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
