Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods or entire work shifts
- Capacity to perform repetitive motions
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred
- Must possess a valid Servsafe certification or have the ability to obtain a valid Servsafe certification
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
- Ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
- Follow all uniform standards
- Properly set up and break down of restaurant
- Ensure complete understanding of service standards
- Ensure a complete understanding of the menu
- Deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
- Comply with food handling standards
- Deliver food to all sections of the restaurant and bar
- Complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadership
- Inspect and stock assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
- Station set-up and breakdown and side-work
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
