Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid Servsafe certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- Commitment to professional business appearance and conduct
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in a similar position preferred
- Must possess a valid Servsafe certification or have the ability to obtain one
- Maintain a professional business appearance attitude and performance
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
- Ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
- Follow all uniform standards
- Properly set up and break down of restaurant
- Ensure complete understanding of service standards
- Ensure a complete understanding of the menu
- Deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
- Comply with food handling standards
- Deliver food to all sections of the restaurant and bar
- Complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadership
- Inspect and stock assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
- Station set-up and breakdown side-work
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
