Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Valid Servsafe certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Commitment to professional business appearance and conduct

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience in a similar position preferred
  • Must possess a valid Servsafe certification or have the ability to obtain one
  • Maintain a professional business appearance attitude and performance
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
  • Ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
  • Follow all uniform standards
  • Properly set up and break down of restaurant
  • Ensure complete understanding of service standards
  • Ensure a complete understanding of the menu
  • Deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
  • Comply with food handling standards
  • Deliver food to all sections of the restaurant and bar
  • Complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadership
  • Inspect and stock assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
  • Station set-up and breakdown side-work
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
