Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, accounting, or social services
- three years progressively responsible experience in management and administration of a Boys & Girls Club with at least two years in a leadership role or five years experience in a similar youth-serving organization
- valid state driver's license
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to obtain state licensed director's credentials preferred
- ability to obtain Tier 1 BGCA certified trainer certification

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the branch/unit
- supervise and train direct and indirect reports
- handle personnel issues effectively
- manage the center's budget
- actively engage with community relations
- support and coordinate volunteer efforts
- oversee membership administration
