Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, accounting, or social services
  • three years progressively responsible experience in management and administration of a Boys & Girls Club with at least two years in a leadership role or five years experience in a similar youth-serving organization
  • valid state driver's license
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to obtain state licensed director's credentials preferred
  • ability to obtain Tier 1 BGCA certified trainer certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the branch/unit
  • supervise and train direct and indirect reports
  • handle personnel issues effectively
  • manage the center's budget
  • actively engage with community relations
  • support and coordinate volunteer efforts
  • oversee membership administration
