Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions including counting money
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms frequently
- Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Ability to accommodate work in noisy, hot, and smoke-filled environments
- Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements

Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service
- Prepare, display, sell and serve food products to customers
- Wash, peel, cut and shred vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use
- Operate all necessary kitchen equipment in the outlet in a safe and responsible manner
- Support safety and accident prevention programs including wearing nonslip footwear, proper knife handling, and lifting techniques
- Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
- Complete sales to customers including taking money, counting back change, validating comps, and operating the cash register or point of sale system
- Complete deposits at the end of each shift
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks for counters, display cases, refrigeration units, and beverage machines
- Ensure supplies are stocked as needed
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards
- Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
- Perform any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity or as requested by supervisor or management personnel
