Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 21 years of age
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • minimum 2 years sales or consumer goods experience
  • ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds regularly
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied schedules
  • compliance with company safety and operational protocols

Job Duties

  • maximize retail sales within assigned accounts through execution of sales, distribution, marketing and supplier goals
  • develop and implement monthly plans to manage territory resources, talent and time
  • complete monthly performance recaps against objectives
  • execute strategic pricing standards including competitive price to consumer and use of labels, shelves, displays, POS and window pricing
  • design and maintain retail displays that meet merchandising and retail standards
  • increase consumer awareness and purchase intent through proactive product distribution and shelf management
  • manage quality of all Red Bull SKUs ensuring freshness and rotation
  • utilize data and strategic planning to forecast demand and manage inventory
  • maintain professional appearance and conduct to promote a positive company image
  • adhere to safety rules and regulatory requirements
  • maintain communication with management and report market activity
  • complete reports accurately and timely
  • maintain vehicle and equipment in proper condition
