Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop recruitment staff
  • Commitment to promoting company values and culture

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by living and promoting company values
  • Actively engage and develop the recruitment team
  • Provide oversight and support including training, process evaluation, and daily activity audits
  • Manage requisition processes including opening, closing, and cancelling
  • Lead sourcing and recruiting initiatives leveraging networking and referrals
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
  • Supervise recruiters and recruitment coordinators
  • Establish recruiting requirements by working with hiring managers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
  • Recommend policies to improve organization attractiveness emphasizing benefits and perks
  • Assist in building expansion and growth strategies
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities and processes are scalable
  • Continuously evolve recruiting processes for innovation
  • Oversee job description creation and modification
  • Coordinate with HRIS manager on applicant tracking system updates
  • Train, coach, and develop recruiting coordinators and recruiters
  • Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for recruitment and benefits
  • Represent the company in the community and professional organizations
  • Perform other assigned duties
