Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or human resources
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop recruitment staff

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by living and promoting company values
- Actively engage and develop the recruitment team
- Provide oversight and support including training, process evaluation, and daily activity audits
- Manage requisition processes including opening, closing, and cancelling
- Lead sourcing and recruiting initiatives leveraging networking and referrals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
- Supervise recruiters and recruitment coordinators
- Establish recruiting requirements by working with hiring managers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Recommend policies to improve organization attractiveness emphasizing benefits and perks
- Assist in building expansion and growth strategies
- Ensure roles and responsibilities and processes are scalable
- Continuously evolve recruiting processes for innovation
- Oversee job description creation and modification
- Coordinate with HRIS manager on applicant tracking system updates
- Train, coach, and develop recruiting coordinators and recruiters
- Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for recruitment and benefits
- Represent the company in the community and professional organizations
- Perform other assigned duties
