Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • at least one year of related experience in marketing, communications, public relations, higher education recruiting or a closely related field
  • valid driver's license

  • creativity, initiative, teamwork, and desire to contribute positively to the success of the college

Job Duties

  • market and recruit prospective students to the College of Professional Studies
  • establish and maintain relationships with community college contacts and business partners
  • design, schedule, deliver, staff, and maintain recruitment programs and events
  • provide major and career guidance to prospective students
  • advise prospective students on engagement opportunities
  • generate and manage leads for non-credit professional development training
  • assist college directors in growing for-credit and non-credit enrollments
