Job Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work full time as specified
  • Availability to participate in recruitment events and meetings
  • Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field or equivalent HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Proficiency with computer applications and systems
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in English for reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties

  • Source, interview, and onboard candidates through the Applicant Tracking System
  • Open, close, and refresh requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Participate in recruitment events such as open interviews and job fairs
  • Manage site-based Recruitment and Retention meetings including agenda and reports
  • Manage internal job posting and facility-to-facility transfers
  • Promote and track the Employee Referral Program including referral bonus payouts
  • Orient new hires and complete new hire paperwork ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Schedule and deliver HR training during General Orientation
  • Obtain and maintain required regulatory documentation for licensed and certified staff
  • Coordinate medical documentation and new hire physicals
  • Maintain personnel records according to regulatory and HR policies
  • Order name badges, business cards, and computer access
  • Coordinate uniform allowance and fittings
  • Act as a resource on policies and procedures
  • Provide high-level customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
  • Adapt to changing priorities and reprioritize work as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Utilize electronic timekeeping systems
  • Adhere to facility dress code and electronic device policies
  • Support Elderwood's mission, vision, values, code of conduct, compliance, and HIPAA policies
