- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel including overnight trips

- Three or more years of college or professional school recruiting, advising, and admissions experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Banner, MUBert, PharmCAS, Word, Excel, Salesforce
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience with marketing and social media content development
Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategic student recruitment initiatives
- Coordinate and manage school visits and recruitment events
- Maintain and operate CRM software for student recruitment management
- Provide guided informational tours to prospective students
- Develop and manage marketing content across digital, social media, email, and print platforms
- Maintain active presence on social media including graphic design and content creation
- Support additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs
