Job Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred
- one year of facilitation or training experience or equivalent combination of education and additional work experience
- experience with Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting platforms
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
- effective interpersonal skills
- discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness
- ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work
- ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues, franchise owner, clients, and community
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to operate HI technology systems
- computer skills with proficiency in ATS programs, Word, and Excel
- ability to work evenings or weekends as required

Job Duties
- Reflect the core values of Klipsch Senior Care
- maintain ATS system, addressing and engaging all leads/applications
- schedule and conduct Care Professional interviews
- schedule and lead orientation and new hire training including Alzheimer’s and Dementia training
- evaluate and update all orientation and training materials
- coordinate Care Professional schedules with Scheduling Department for quality matches
- conduct annual reviews and supervision including performance conversations and problem resolution
- develop engagement strategies to promote retention and satisfaction
- achieve NET Care Professional goals
- prepare and publish monthly newsletter
- plan and facilitate quarterly Care Professional meetings
- ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld
- monitor compliance related to labor and safety laws
- maintain effective communication with leadership team, colleagues, Care Professionals, clients, and families
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
