Job Duties
- Conduct AACPMAS applicant reviews
- facilitate applicant interviews, schedules, and decisions
- assist with recruitment efforts including webinars, Q&As, table events, presentations, immersion days, and conferences
- support prospective students and applicants via one-on-one counseling appointments
- facilitate meetings between CPM Leadership and SMU admissions department
- function as liaison between CPM and other SMU offices and departments regarding recruiting and admissions
- manage and resolve problems, concerns, and complaints
- attend local and national conferences and recruiting events
- attend CPM events and communicate event achievements
- direct supervisor for CPM work study students
- provide staff support for CSPM Dean's Council and Podiatric Medicine Education Advisory Committee
- represent CPM on assigned committees and forums
- manage CSPM grade reporting process including course and clinical rotation grades, grade changes, incomplete grades, and in-progress grades
- provide administrative support for CSPM leadership team
- manage scheduling of classroom assignments and on-campus rotations
- support accreditation reporting
- oversee incorporation of new technologies and train faculty and staff
- manage course and rotation attendance including absence monitoring
- oversee independent contracting process
- manage and maintain CSPM data and confidential files for deans and faculty
- direct supervisor for work study students
- represent CSPM on committees and workgroups
- perform other duties as assigned
