Job Requirements
- Must be 21 plus years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips on short notice
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate within a two-hour driving radius of Plano base airport
- Must maintain readiness to report within a two-to-three-hour window during on-call periods
Job Qualifications

- Ability to complete intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Knowledge of multiple aircraft safety protocols
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied and unpredictable schedules
- Experience in aviation or customer-facing roles preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain mission readiness and report to the airport within two-to-three hours during on-call periods
- Adapt seamlessly to various crew configurations and understand safety protocols for multiple aircraft types
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and complex meal services consistently
- Manage sudden itinerary changes, extended layovers, and irregular operations professionally
- Ensure total compliance with safety regulations and company standards during every flight
- Communicate effectively with crew members and passengers to enhance the travel experience
- Participate in a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program successfully
