Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting preferably in logistics, aviation, or operations-focused industries
- proven success managing multiple openings and hiring events in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- comfortable with ATS systems (SAP experience a plus) and sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- self-motivated, resourceful, and service-oriented
- maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- capable of operating standard office equipment
- able to sit or stand for extended periods
- able to lift objects up to 10 pounds
- capable of walking short distances
- able to reach above or below shoulder level
- able to communicate clearly by phone

Job Duties
- Drive high-volume recruiting for hourly and management positions in aviation, ground, and cargo handling
- plan, support, and execute hiring events including community outreach, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal ATS (SAP)
- proactively build and maintain a candidate pipeline for peak hiring demands and future workforce needs
- engage passive candidates by research, relationship-building, and creative outreach
- partner closely with station leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver timely hiring results
- manage end-to-end recruiting process including screening, interviewing, recommending candidates, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding
- ensure compliance and onboarding readiness via pre-employment checks, badge applications, and system setup
- continuously improve recruiting experience through responsive communication, clear expectations, and professional brand representation
