Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Hold a valid passport
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
  • Prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • Experience with Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • Ability to lead and mentor a crew effectively
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Valid passport
  • Minimum age of 20 years

Job Duties

  • Coordinate cabin activities onboard the aircraft
  • Manage in-flight service and sales operations
  • Handle passenger escalations with professionalism
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new-hire flight attendants
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • Lead the delivery of 'Seriously Nice' premium cabin service
  • Facilitate effective communication between crew members and airline management
