Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • possess a valid passport
  • minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • flexible to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to complete required training programs
  • prior leadership experience highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
  • prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • knowledge of Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle passenger situations calmly and effectively
  • leadership and mentorship abilities
  • valid passport

Job Duties

  • coordinate cabin activities during flights
  • manage in-flight service and sales
  • handle passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
  • provide mentorship and leadership to crew members
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • oversee premium cabin service standards
  • assist in training new hires
