Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid passport
- minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
- flexible to work variable schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to complete required training programs
- prior leadership experience highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- knowledge of Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle passenger situations calmly and effectively
- leadership and mentorship abilities
- valid passport
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities during flights
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations and resolve conflicts
- provide mentorship and leadership to crew members
- ensure compliance with safety regulations
- oversee premium cabin service standards
- assist in training new hires
