Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- valid passport
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to complete paid leadership and A220 transition training
- strong leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- legally authorized to work in the US
- must hold a valid passport
- experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure adherence to safety protocols
- deliver premium cabin service
- uphold the 'Seriously Nice' service standard
