Job Requirements
- must be at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- full flexibility for variable schedules including day, night, weekend and holidays
- ability to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- strong leadership and customer service skills
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure premium cabin service standards are met each flight
- lead and motivate flight attendants
- maintain safety compliance throughout flights
