- minimum age of 20 years
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold a valid passport
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- availability for flexible work schedule including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- experience in leadership or purser roles preferred
- familiarity with A220 aircraft preferred
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- lead and mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities and manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations professionally
- ensure compliance with safety standards
- uphold the 'Seriously Nice' premium cabin service
- conduct on-the-job training and mentorship
- manage in-flight team dynamics effectively
