Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Must hold a valid US passport
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
- Preferred prior purser or leadership experience
- Full flexibility for variable schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to lead crews on transcontinental flights
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- Experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Valid passport
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse crew and service demands
Job Duties
- Mentor and lead new-hire flight attendants
- Coordinate cabin activities during flights
- Manage in-flight service and sales
- Handle passenger escalations professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- Uphold the 'Seriously Nice' premium cabin service
- Provide on-the-job training and leadership to flight crew
