Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Must hold a valid US passport
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • Preferred prior purser or leadership experience
  • Full flexibility for variable schedules including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lead crews on transcontinental flights

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of flight attendant experience
  • Prior leadership or purser experience preferred
  • Experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Valid passport
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage diverse crew and service demands

Job Duties

  • Mentor and lead new-hire flight attendants
  • Coordinate cabin activities during flights
  • Manage in-flight service and sales
  • Handle passenger escalations professionally
  • Ensure compliance with safety and service standards
  • Uphold the 'Seriously Nice' premium cabin service
  • Provide on-the-job training and leadership to flight crew
