Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- clerical experience
- familiarity with human resources processes preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- knowledge of Workday or similar HCM system preferred
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred
- high level of discretion and confidentiality
- strong attention to detail
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work independently
- availability to work non-standard hours
- ability to remain stationary for extended periods
- commitment to follow safety policies and wear protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated relevant clerical experience
- experience within the human resources field strongly preferred
- strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- knowledge or experience with Workday or similar HCM system preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred
- ability to work effectively with others using tact and discretion
- demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
- strong attention to detail
- strong organizational and prioritization skills
- self-starter with initiative and urgency
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist with the management of applicant tracking within Workday ATS system
- review all applicant records
- disposition candidates in a timely manner
- follow up with leads on unresolved candidate statuses
- represent and participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses
- build and foster relationships within the community, schools, local agencies
- introduce and build the company brand to attract qualified applicants
- assist in coordinating the recruiting process by screening qualified candidates
- schedule and participate in interviews with production, feed mill, or hatchery leadership
- recommend best candidate for opening
- partner with Senior Field Recruiter to understand positions and duties
- ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates
- partner with HR leadership on the job bid process and openings
- create and present offer letters
- check rehire status at time of application and merge records if needed
- partner with HR staff to schedule new hires for orientation, paperwork completion, job previews
- ensure a positive new hire experience
- perform additional relevant duties as assigned
