Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of experience with operational support of university curricular programs and event planning
- Prior experience with planning and implementing recruitment and curricular events
- Prior experience with development of marketing materials and professional social media campaigns
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in stressful and/or time sensitive environments
- Ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Availability to travel locally and regionally
- Saturday availability
- Commitment to maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of experience with operational support of university curricular programs and event planning
- Prior experience with planning and implementing recruitment and curricular events including event planning and communications
- Prior experience with development of marketing materials and professional social media campaigns in a corporate environment or higher education
- Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education preferred
- Prior experience with operational support of graduate business programs and student enrollment management preferred
- At least two years' experience with University of Arkansas operational systems such as Slate, Salesforce, Workday, CLSS preferred
- Experience with professional relationship outreach management preferred
- Experience with CRM management preferred
- Knowledge of master's and graduate programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and University of Arkansas systems
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
Job Duties
- Plan and implement recruitment activities for ISYS graduate programs
- Manage communications with prospective students
- Coordinate logistics for graduate program events
- Support co-curricular programming for graduate students
- Collaborate with Graduate School of Business, faculty, staff, and external partners
- Respond to prospective student inquiries
- Administer expenditures in accordance with University fiscal procedures
- Travel locally and regionally as required
- Provide support during Saturday curricular events
