Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least two years of experience with operational support of university curricular programs and event planning
  • Prior experience with planning and implementing recruitment and curricular events
  • Prior experience with development of marketing materials and professional social media campaigns
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in stressful and/or time sensitive environments
  • Ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Availability to travel locally and regionally
  • Saturday availability
  • Commitment to maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least two years of experience with operational support of university curricular programs and event planning
  • Prior experience with planning and implementing recruitment and curricular events including event planning and communications
  • Prior experience with development of marketing materials and professional social media campaigns in a corporate environment or higher education
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education preferred
  • Prior experience with operational support of graduate business programs and student enrollment management preferred
  • At least two years' experience with University of Arkansas operational systems such as Slate, Salesforce, Workday, CLSS preferred
  • Experience with professional relationship outreach management preferred
  • Experience with CRM management preferred
  • Knowledge of master's and graduate programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and University of Arkansas systems
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals

Job Duties

  • Plan and implement recruitment activities for ISYS graduate programs
  • Manage communications with prospective students
  • Coordinate logistics for graduate program events
  • Support co-curricular programming for graduate students
  • Collaborate with Graduate School of Business, faculty, staff, and external partners
  • Respond to prospective student inquiries
  • Administer expenditures in accordance with University fiscal procedures
  • Travel locally and regionally as required
  • Provide support during Saturday curricular events
