Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- minimum two years of relevant experience in university curricular programs operational support and event planning
- experience in recruitment and communications for curricular events
- skills in marketing materials development and social media campaigns
- ability to travel locally and regionally
- availability on Saturdays for curricular event support
- ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
- ability to work collaboratively and maintain collegial working relationships
- proof of legal authority to work in the United States
- completion of pre-employment background checks including criminal background and sex offender registry
- ability to handle multiple high-pressure tasks and strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- at least two years of experience with operational support of university curricular programs and event planning
- prior experience with planning and implementing recruitment and curricular events, including event planning and communications
- prior experience with development of marketing materials and professional social media campaigns in a corporate environment or higher education
- master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education preferred
- prior experience with operational support of graduate business programs and student enrollment management preferred
- at least two years' experience with university of Arkansas operational systems such as Slate, Salesforce, Workday, and CLSS preferred
- experience with professional relationship outreach management and CRM management preferred
- knowledge of master's and graduate programs
- strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- demonstrated presentation skills
- basic skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and university systems including Workday and CLSS
- ability to work some evenings and weekends
- strong ability to focus while handling multiple tasks simultaneously in stressful and/or time sensitive environments
- ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds
Job Duties
- Plan and implement recruitment activities for ISYS graduate programs
- manage communications with prospective students
- support co-curricular programming to enhance graduate student experience
- coordinate logistics for graduate programs and events
- respond to prospective student inquiries
- support student services functions
- administer expenditures in accordance with university fiscal procedures
