Job Requirements
- Must be active-duty military or a Hiring Our Heroes fellow
- authorized participation in the DOD SkillBridge program
- ability to attend work for up to 180 days
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- minimum two years of recruitment or selection experience
- proficient with social media recruiting
- strong communication skills
- ability to travel for recruiting events
- willingness to work flexible hours
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Two-year experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising preferred
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent HR generalist work preferred
- comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups
- strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
- strategic thinking and ability to execute results

Job Duties
- Partner with Operations to understand their staffing needs
- develop effective relationships with outside organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants
- develop specific and targeted creative recruitment strategies
- utilize various recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
- develop cost-effective recruitment strategies based on business and departmental goals
- manage professional appearance and content of job postings
- advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing
- attend recruiting events and job fairs
- meet with educational institutions with EMS programs to build relationships
- conduct presentations on employment opportunities, company culture, and benefits
- assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience
- assist applicants with the application process
- maintain contact with potential candidates
- ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting
- assist with new hire orientation when required
