Job Requirements
- Culinary diploma or some form of formal culinary education
- Minimum of 7 years culinary experience
- Pastry and baking background required
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact in a collaborative manner with other departments and teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Teach baking and pastry recreational classes and special events
- Demonstrate techniques and concepts in conformity with ICE lesson plans
- Deliver clear, concise and organized lectures
- Aid student or guest performance through observation and interaction
- Maintain a positive, focused learning environment during class
- Assure that classes are conducted in a manner that complies with principles of food safety, sanitation and beverage management
- Preparation, set-up and breakdown of class ingredients and equipment
