Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in cooking classes
- valid ServSafe certification or equivalent food handler's license
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to teach in-person at partner venues
- ability to manage all class logistics including purchasing ingredients and cleanup
- friendly and engaging demeanor
- flexible scheduling availability
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience teaching recreational cooking classes
- ServSafe certification or relevant food handler's license
- authorized to work in the United States
- strong passion for cooking and teaching
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage and inspire participants
- comfort teaching popular international dishes such as handmade pasta, dumplings, choux pastry, and more
Job Duties
- Lead and organize in-person culinary classes
- purchase ingredients for each class
- set up teaching space at partner venues
- teach cooking techniques step-by-step
- engage participants in hands-on learning
- manage cleaning and tidying after classes
- collaborate with CocuSocial team to develop new class ideas
