Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recreation or hospitality
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Basic financial knowledge for monitoring revenue and costs
  • Physical ability to perform duties related to pool and recreation operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee all pool and recreation operations including activities, service, food and beverage, and facility functionality
  • Perform team member duties during high business levels
  • Monitor revenue, costs, and financial performance
  • Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff
  • Assist outlets with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Execute special projects to fulfill long-term goals
  • Order and retrieve inventory from purchasing department and vendors
  • Communicate with clients and guests to prepare group reservations
  • Print reports and conduct daily meetings to inform team members
  • Continuously monitor attendants' performance and offer coaching and assistance
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
  • Maintain a safe and clean departmental working environment
