Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recreation or hospitality
- Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Basic financial knowledge for monitoring revenue and costs
- Physical ability to perform duties related to pool and recreation operations

Job Duties
- Oversee all pool and recreation operations including activities, service, food and beverage, and facility functionality
- Perform team member duties during high business levels
- Monitor revenue, costs, and financial performance
- Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff
- Assist outlets with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Execute special projects to fulfill long-term goals
- Order and retrieve inventory from purchasing department and vendors
- Communicate with clients and guests to prepare group reservations
- Print reports and conduct daily meetings to inform team members
- Continuously monitor attendants' performance and offer coaching and assistance
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- Maintain a safe and clean departmental working environment
