Job Requirements
- Must have one year experience demonstrating knowledge of youth sports program operations
- Must have minimum two years experience in clerical duties
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute youth sports leagues and events
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Able to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45lbs independently and over 45lbs with assistance
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must obtain and maintain CNACI background checks
Job Qualifications
- One year experience with youth sports program operations
- Minimum two years clerical experience including typing and record keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to plan and organize events
- Experience with sports league website applications and registration platforms preferred
Job Duties
- Manage youth sports leagues and special events
- Coordinate schedules and registrations using Microsoft 365 and online platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to participants and families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies
- Lift and move equipment as required
