Job Requirements

  • must have one year experience demonstrating youth sports program operation knowledge
  • must have two years experience in various clerical duties
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to plan, organize, and execute youth sports leagues and events
  • ability to work with little supervision
  • ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
  • valid U.S. driver’s license
  • ability to obtain and maintain CNACI background checks

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year experience in youth sports program operations
  • minimum two years experience in clerical duties including typing, filing, and record keeping
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • experience with sports league website development and online registration platforms preferred
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to independently plan and execute youth sports programs
  • valid U.S. driver’s license
  • ability to obtain and maintain CNACI background checks

  • develop and maintain sports league websites and online registration platforms
  • communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • plan, organize, and execute youth sports leagues
  • lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds with assistance for heavier items
