Job Requirements
- must have one year experience demonstrating youth sports program operation knowledge
- must have two years experience in various clerical duties
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to plan, organize, and execute youth sports leagues and events
- ability to work with little supervision
- ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain CNACI background checks
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year experience in youth sports program operations
- minimum two years experience in clerical duties including typing, filing, and record keeping
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- experience with sports league website development and online registration platforms preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong customer service skills
- ability to independently plan and execute youth sports programs
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain CNACI background checks
Job Duties
