Job Requirements
- Pass a background check
- possess or obtain First Aid/CPR certificate within six months
- ability to work 40 hours per week including occasional weekends
- demonstrate effective customer service skills
- have relevant clerical and administrative experience
- ability to operate standard office equipment
- meet language fluency if bilingual pay is sought
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- two years of full-time general office experience
- customer service skills
- knowledge of recreation programs
- fluency in Spanish preferred
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Organize and share information about programs and staffing
- process daily cash reconciliation and track accounts payable and receivable
- provide excellent customer service while multitasking
- gather sensitive information and liaise with inclusion staff
- perform front desk reception, program registration, and facility rental tasks
- train and supervise temporary employees and volunteers
- assist with financial record keeping and reporting
