Job Requirements
- Must be well organized and responsible
- Have great energy and creativity
- Possess problem-solving skills
- High school diploma required
- Previous accounting experience or equivalent training required
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of PMS or accounting systems preferred
- Ability to occasionally work weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in recreation or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement recreational programs
- Proficiency in using Excel
- Knowledge of PMS or accounting systems is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and problem solving abilities
Job Duties
- Supervise all recreation department personnel including pool, beach, and kid club attendants
- Create, plan, and facilitate safe and engaging social and sports activities
- Participate in entertaining children through games, crafts, and team-building exercises
- Manage scheduling, training, and promotion of recreational activities
- Interact with parents to ensure safety and satisfaction with programs
- Maintain and repair recreational equipment and facilities
- Complete incident reports and handle administrative tasks such as billing and timekeeping
- Clean and organize recreational areas to uphold safety and cleanliness
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and follow property recovery plans
- Promote anticipatory service and enforce safe work habits
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
