Job Requirements

- previous experience in event services or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- ability to supervise staff and volunteers

- willingness to work in outdoor environments
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas
- supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff and volunteers
- ensures and documents breaks for staff and volunteers
- assists with Ballpark program and event setup and teardown
- opens and or closes the facility
- resolves minor customer issues and concerns
- ensures the safety of guests and participants
- enforces Ballpark policies, rules, and regulations
- participates in pre and post-event and game meetings
- completes post-event reports of incidents in assigned areas
