Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in event services or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to supervise staff and volunteers
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willingness to work in outdoor environments
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas
  • supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff and volunteers
  • ensures and documents breaks for staff and volunteers
  • assists with Ballpark program and event setup and teardown
  • opens and or closes the facility
  • resolves minor customer issues and concerns
  • ensures the safety of guests and participants
  • enforces Ballpark policies, rules, and regulations
  • participates in pre and post-event and game meetings
  • completes post-event reports of incidents in assigned areas
