Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in event services or customer service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong customer service skills
ability to supervise staff and volunteers
effective communication skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
willingness to work in outdoor environments
reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in event services or customer service preferred
strong leadership and organizational skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
problem-solving abilities
familiarity with safety and operational procedures
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas
supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff and volunteers
ensures and documents breaks for staff and volunteers
assists with Ballpark program and event setup and teardown
opens and or closes the facility
resolves minor customer issues and concerns
ensures the safety of guests and participants
enforces Ballpark policies, rules, and regulations
participates in pre and post-event and game meetings
completes post-event reports of incidents in assigned areas
