Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently and with limited direct supervision
  • Ability to stoop, lift, and stand for long periods of time
  • Positive attitude and neat appearance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions
  • Basic math skills to accurately count and handle money
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently with limited supervision
  • Positive attitude and neat appearance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including taking orders, accepting payments via cash, credit and debit cards, and making change
  • Stock and restock concession items as needed
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Follow all sanitation procedures as required by county licensing regulations
  • Assist with inventory tracking and stocking
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Recreation Services Coordinator
