Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in recreational programming or event coordination
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Set up and organize large community events and athletic activities
- Lead and manage community gatherings at John Hunt Park and city-wide locations
- Monitor safety and conduct supervision at Kids' Space Playground, Get-A-Way Skatepark, and other park areas
- Maintain order and discipline among patrons with tact and professionalism
- Coordinate with team members and city officials to ensure smooth event operations
- Engage with the public to promote positive recreational experiences
- Assist in the development and implementation of ongoing citywide recreational programs
