Job Requirements
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding
- punctual, regular and reliable attendance
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers and the public in a courteous, patient, and diplomatic manner
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy, attention to detail, speed and follow-through with a minimum of supervision
- must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings and mornings
- endure various physical movements such as reaching, bending, stooping and lifting
- remain in a stationary position for a maximum of eight hours excluding breaks
- ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions
- repetitive hand motion for typing and computer mouse use for extended periods of time
- wage range of 20.00 to 21.00 per hour
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions
- capable of multitasking
Job Duties
- Collect used pool towels regularly
- pick up debris from seating areas
- assist with laundry of fitness and pool towels
- maintain cleanliness of River Ranch family pool area
- ensure the fitness center is tidy
- support Flex pool upkeep
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
