Job Description

The Recreation Housekeeper position is a vital role within the hospitality services provided at a full-service hotel, specifically tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the River Ranch family pool area, fitness center, and Flex pool. This dynamic role involves the collection of used pool towels, as well as the pickup of debris from the seating and surrounding areas, ensuring the environment is welcoming, tidy, and hygienic for all guests and members. Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate satisfactorily in English including speaking, reading, and writing
  • punctual, regular, and reliable attendance
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers and the public in a courteous, patient, and diplomatic manner
  • ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • ability to perform duties with accuracy, attention to detail, speed and follow-through with minimum supervision
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and mornings
  • physical ability to endure reaching, bending, stooping, lifting
  • ability to remain stationary for up to eight hours excluding breaks
  • ability to stand, walk, sit and perform essential job functions continuously
  • repetitive hand motion for typing and computer mouse use
  • wage range $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
