Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate in a second language preferred
- experience in hospitality industry in a similar position preferred
- experience with reservation systems or programs, Opera preferred
- previous concierge experience in a luxury market preferred
- knowledge of local attractions, services and suppliers/vendors preferred
- valid membership in Les Clef Dors preferred

- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service oriented position
- prior experience handling high phone call volume
- previous customer service training

Job Duties
- Plan, organize and anticipate future guest needs in accordance with AAA Five Diamond and Forbes standards
- run EPOR reports to identify arriving guests requiring outreach
- contact guests via telephone or email for last minute changes or scheduling assistance
- sell property and activities including spa, golf, and food and beverage
- extend experience planning services to past poor stay and VIP guests
- follow-up on email requests and make reservations or special notations
- up-sell rooms, activities, and special events
- provide prompt courteous service to emails and voice messages
- provide guests with welcome calls or cards upon arrival
- maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, room types, rates, promotions, and local events
- coordinate guest requests with designated vendors including transportation, restaurant reservations, and more
- ensure security of department keys and guest room access
- act as a team player assisting other agents
- resolve guest issues or escalate as needed
- maintain confidentiality of guest information
- keep work station and resource materials organized and updated
- answer department telephone promptly using proper etiquette
- place traces for amenities and coordinate delivery
- relay accurate directions and distribute maps
- collaborate with reservation agents on mini-groups and guest bookings
- telephone newly registered guests to check satisfaction
- monitor cleanliness of lobby and work areas
- accurately post charges to guest rooms
- assist PBX, Front Desk, Bellstand, and Reservations as assigned
- provide guest room and hotel tours
- follow up on assignments from Activity Manager
